Norberto and Gabriel and their crew were fantastic! Great customer service, no loud music, great workmanship, great cleanup. Doug did a fine job of getting the estimate, contract, and coordination with the insurance company and is going to do a great job for Commonwealth in Ocala. Masha from the office went out of here way when COVID disruptions messed up the permitting process with the county. She came from Jacksonville, got our signatures and hand carried the third submittal (first two apparently lost) to the Nassau County building department. It went so smoothly almost wish I did not get the 50 year roof, it feels nice to just have good complete service these days
